• WOW i LOVE this sight, Jim in response to your question my pocket pc has windows 8.5 and i downloaded pocket tv.
  Its free and it WORKS. There is also free softwear to so you can watch dvds, vcds ect.
  It should work for your phone, try it. (it say's that it is for windows 5.0 but it works fine on 8.5 - there is also a smart-phone vertion ;) have fun)
